A New Restaurant is in the Court: Say Hello to Brunswick’s Tapped & Forked

BRUNSWICK, OH- One thing that makes a restaurant memorable is the way it stands out. It can be discouraging to see little to no variety in your dining experience, which is where Brunswick’s Tapped & Forked comes into play. Unlike other restaurants in Brunswick, Tapped & Forked tries to bring the city dining experience to Brunswick, with dishes made completely from scratch and various other homemade items.

Tapped & Forked is a family-owned organization, run by Hailey Hoertz, her kids, her sister Angie Hoertz, and their parents. Hailey’s son, Tony, cooks with his best friend, letting more than just family contribute. Everyone in the restaurant has a different job to make the experience as authentic as possible. Angie stated, “My heritage is my grandmother was a German immigrant that started a restaurant in Cleveland, and that's where I got my love for restaurants, and I'm going to be trying to bring a little bit of that to Brunswick.”

With the city-themed restaurant comes a vast American-European cuisine menu, always having something you’ll enjoy. Whether it be a burger, flatbread, or a steak, Tapped & Fork will have the perfect dish for all of its customers.

To ensure that Tapped & Fork brings a new kind of feeling to Brunswick, they even host events, which they share on their social media.

All in all, Tapped & Forked is an exciting new addition to Brunswick and, frankly, will be remembered for its unique style. Visit their location at 63 Pearl Road, Brunswick, or check out their website to learn more at https://tappedandforked.toast.site/
