Making Decorations Pop at Brunswick’s Pops of Art

BRUNSWICK, OH- In June of 2025, Brunswick’s Toni Toledo launched her balloon art business, Pops of Art, out of her house as an outlet for her creativity. “I had started to do art for my kids' birthdays and was told that I was good at it,” she explained. “So, I just went for it.”

Since her initial launch, Toledo has expanded to cutouts, garlands, and boards, but still specializes in her skillful balloon displays. In these displays, she uses high-quality balloons that you would not find at your average commercial store.

Toledo is able to create decorations of varying sizes to fit the customer’s needs. Her largest display, an opening for a school with a balloon arch, measured approximately 16x18 feet.

Toledo can be booked for all occasions, including graduations, birthdays, and baby showers, as long as she is given adequate time to prepare the requested decoration. “I have been asked months in advance, weeks in advance, and sometimes even days,” she said. “I keep a lot of balloons on hand, but if they ever need a very specific color, it may take longer.”

Toledo arrives early to events to set up the display and stays afterwards to take it all down so that the customer does not need to do anything. This additional service is included in a customer’s order.

Reach out to Toledo at (440) 223-4319, her Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/707557632382504/) or her Instagram. She does not yet have a website, but plans to establish one in the near future.
